Welcome to our wee Patisserie corner!

Here you will find a mix of traditions between Italy and Scotland, designed to suit Scottish tastes using all the different techniques gained and developed over our 9 years of experience.

Our Patisserie products are completely artisan, all freshly made.

We are very proud to make every element from scratch, such as fillings or fruit emulsions which nowadays are frequently bought in.

We always prioritise local ingredients where possible, otherwise we chose the best high quality prime materials available following the natural circle of seasons.

Patisserie is sold as slices and mono-portions due to popular demand, but if you are after something bespoke please get in touch, we’re happy to help !

Local deliveries are available for all patisserie orders with a flat rate of £1.90

We serve the following areas :

Laurencekirk, Inverbervie, Johnshaven and Gourdon : Fridays

St Cyrus and Montrose : Saturdays Mornings

Alternatively you can book a collection window at our Lab in Johnshaven on Friday or Saturday , you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed directions of where to find us.

Minimum order is £9

Orders must be placed by close of business on the Wednesday, this allows us to be super organised in delivering to you on the Fridays and Saturdays, and of course provide you with the best possible service!
