A literally Melt in your mouth Brownie , this is our very personal interpretation of American brownies with an innovative technique we developed in Italy.

The incredible softness is achieved working on the air incorporated into the dough, which results in a much lighter Brownie.
This process reduces the percentage of fat , which usually features this products as very wet and chocolaty by remaining raw in the inside.

Available for Local delivery only at a flat rate of 1.90£ with a minimum order of 9.00£

Orders must be placed within Wednesdays in order to have them delivered on Fridays and Saturdays.

Areas and times we serve :  Laurencekirk, Inverbervie, Gourdon and Johnshaven : Fridays

St Cyrus and Montrose : Saturdays

Alternatively you can book a collection window at our Lab in Johnshaven on Friday or Saturday , you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed instruction to reach our place.

We are very scrupulous when making Gluten free, Dairy free and nuts
free products.
However, our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts,
peanuts, gluten, soya and dairy and may contain traces of all of the
above.
