Not only it can be used for both sweet and savoury preparations, but it is incredibly light and
low in fat than other cheeses.

The flavour released combined with the other ingredients is sweet and delicate, the simplicity
and taste of this cake never disappoint !

Available for Local delivery only at a flat rate of 1.90£ with a minimum order of 9.00£

Orders must be placed within Wednesdays in order to have them delivered on Fridays and Saturdays.

St Cyrus and Montrose : Saturdays

Alternatively you can book a collection window at our lab in Johnshaven on Friday or Saturday , you’ll receive a
confirmation email with detailed instruction to reach our place.

PRODUCT STORAGE & SHELF LIFE:

STORAGE: Keep the Ricotta and Chocolate cake in the fridge at 4-5°.

SHELF – LIFE: 3 days , please see the label placed over the box.

We are very scrupulous when making Gluten free, Dairy free and nuts
free products.
However, our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts,
peanuts, gluten, soya and dairy and may contain traces of all of the
above.
