CHOCOLATE bon bons – 6 pcs Box

We have 5 amazing flavours designed to celebrate love , but before introducing them all we would like to make a little presentation of the chocolate we use.

Valrhona is a 100% traceable B-Corp certified brand, who are active engaging with cocoa growers, sensible to very actual problems such as child labour and deforestation in South America.

Valrhona is a ethical company who cares about all the aspects of cocoa production, reflecting its values also on unique plantations and cocoa origins .

For the first time we decided to blend a Milk chocolate with a semi bitter Dark chocolate creating the base to shell all our bon bons, we love this hybrid combination ! Creamy but not too sweet with high cocoa notes .

HAZELNUT PRALINEE : A very thin layer of gold roasted hazelnut praline topped with Hazelnut milk chocolate Gianduja, if you’re a nut lover this one is for you !

RASPBERRY & HIBISCUS : Second appearance after Christmas ! Hibiscus flowers are infused in Raspberry puree to enhance the citric notes, naturally purple coloured are just perfect for Valentines !

MANGO CARAMEL : If someone still doesn’t know about our delicious caramels & spreads, here’s your chance to try one of them ! straight from our jar, Mango caramel is a blend made with Mango, Passion fruit and Coconut purees . We always use frozen high quality purees in cases like this as they are much better than any fresh fruit we could source from such a long distance, as a final touch we added white chocolate crispy pearls to the bottom !

VANILLA & COCOA NIBS MEDALLIONS : Is  sweetness allowed for Valentines isn’t it ? So why not adding another luscious note to this collection ? Delicate White chocolate  Ivoire 35% by Valrhona has been chosen for this ! We added fresh Vanilla beans and roasted cocoa beans to break the sweetness and give it a bit of crunch .

All the chocolates are Hand painted and Artisan made in the East coast of Scotland !

Shipping is available to all the Uk mainland.

PLEASE NOTE :

Postage orders will be shipped on the 6th of February and on the 10 of February.

Collection will be available from the 6th of February at Johnshaven , and on Valentines Day you can collect them at the Mill of Benholm Cafe’ if you wish to , just leave us a note on the payment page .
