MOTHER’S DAY CHOCOLATES

Made with the beautiful Valrhona Chocolate , a blend between Bahibe 46% and Equatoriale Noir 55% that I personally love !

Flavours :

Lemon Pie : a white chocolate shell encases a lemon ganache, a shortbread layer and squishy marshmallow.

Earl grey : Delicate Earl grey Tea infused in a white chocolate cremino over a shortbread, all wrapped in our Valrhona blend which gives just the perfect contrast.

Cherry & Pistachio : A Pistachio ganache pairs so well with our Italian sour cherries ! there is a whole cherry in every bon bon, we have been lucky to be able to source  Fabbri Amarene which are the best cherries we have always used since we worked in Italy.

Pop corn : House made pop corn , caramelized with demerara sugar then dipped in our Valrhona blend along with almond gianduja , a new combination !

Creme brule’ : Vanilla ganache and shredded dry caramel , everything wrapped in a caramelezed chocolate , Valrhona Dulcey is absolutely addictive !

Caramel : a must have in every chocolate box , this one is super smooth and silky , delicious even for a not-caramel fan.

Chocolate re not available for delivery as they won’t arrive on time for Mother’s Day, you can collect them from us in Johnshaven , from Sillyflatt in Bervie or at the Mill of Benholm from Fridays to Sundays .

Rice oil, Earl grey tea, Butter (MILK), Flour (WHEAT), Corn, Almond (NUT), Vanilla beans, Glucose, Pasturized Egg Yolk (EGG), Pectin, Cream (MILK), Pistachio (NUT), Cherry, Dextrose, Milk (MILK), Lemon juice, Gelatine, Egg white (EGG).

 

Cocoa butter food colourant : E102,E133, E132, E143, E123, E170, E129, E171,E160b, E162, E163, E150a, E120, E160a, E100.

PRODUCT STORAGE & SHELF LIFE:

STORAGE: The Chocolates should be kept in a cool place (between 16 and 18 degrees), away from direct sunlight.

Do NOT store them in the fridge.

However, our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts,
