CHRISTMAS CHOCOLATE COLLECTION is here !

Made with the beautiful Valrhona Chocolate , a ethical BCORP certified company committed in a more fairer cocoa industry .

This box features 12 chocolate bon bons in 6 flavours :

 

HAZELNUT WHIP : A soft and airy Hazelnut gianduja whipped and piped out by hand, a very comfort one and a timeless classic !

BLACK FOREST : The Italian Amarena cherry is the real star here, there is a big whole cherry inside each bon bon , surrounded by a butter cream ganache and a dark 70% chocolate shell.

XMAS SPICE : This is a very christmassy flavour , delicious and generous  orange jel is paired with a almond spiced giandujia with a delicate touch of cinnamon.

PECAN CRUNCH : Pecan praline mixed with crunchy corn flakes and a pinch of salt, so lovely as a snack !

BANANA & TONKA BEAN : Who would ever said that banana and a touch of Tonka bean would have get along so well together ? Encased in a white chocolate shell they’re just perfect, and no , it’s not too sweet ! … by the way, a yellow and golden moon is too cute.

HAZELNUT & COFFEE : If you’re a coffee lover this one is for you ! Quite a strong one,  with a creamy and velvety texture .

Chocolates are available for delivery in UK Mainland.

You can also collect them from us in Johnshaven and at the Mill of Benholm during their opening times –> Fridays to Sundays  10 to 4 .

Coloured Cocoa butter( edible food colourant) : E102,E133, E132, E143, E123, E170, E129, E171,E160b, E162, E163, E150a, E120, E160a, E100.

PRODUCT STORAGE & SHELF LIFE:

STORAGE: The Chocolates should be kept in a cool place (between 16 and 18 degrees), away from direct sunlight.

Do NOT store them in the fridge.
