STONE RHUM TRUFFLES

Father’s Day is round the corner and for this special occasion we created something ad HOC for all Daddies !

Our Rhum truffles reflect one of our main principles, the importance of keep it simple !

Our truffles are made with a few simple ingredients, but the key to achieve a burst in flavour is choosing only the best of them.

We used a 7 years old Cuban Rhum from Havana Club , it definitely come out but is not too strong and don’t worry it won’t make you drunk !

It perfectly balance with a mid Dark Chocolate , we chose a 55%. Equatoriale Noire from Valrhona , the best and renewed chocolate brand on the market.

To finish, a roll into Cacao powder, just pure cocoa with no added sugar.

Again we chose poudre de cacao from Valrhona to make sure we have the best quality.

We think this is the perfect gift for all Dads but also a lovely treat for everyone !
