Who doesn’t love those thin Dutch waffle cookies ??

Here at Julieth Patisserie Art we love Stroopwafels and we thought they would just be a perfect over a Milk chocolate bar !

Once again we chose Valrhona Bahibe 46% Milk Chocolate for its creaminess and milky flavour, it also has a high cocoa butter content which makes it not too sweet and very unique.

The Stroopwaffles on the top, along with some crispy pearls , give the crunch and the caramel – cinnamon touch .

Delicious !

We used Daelmans Stroopwafels as they are one of the most authentic and leading brands of stroopwafels,  so we can be certain of their quality.
